Who We Are

Who is David Jung CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

David Jung grew up in rural North Dakota and joined the Navy immediately after high school. He met his future wife, Lina, while stationed in Charleston, SC for Nuclear Power Training. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, he followed his then fiancée to Baltimore where she was attending dental school. David and his family moved to the Upstate shortly after the birth of their first child to be closer to Lina’s family.

He completed his BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from USC Upstate, then went on to get his Masters of Professional Accountancy from Clemson. After graduating he worked for a Big Four accounting firm while preparing for and taking his CPA licensing exams. After getting licensed he went to work for a small tax office that focused more on small businesses and individual taxes. Working with small businesses has become a passion for David and he enjoys helping them to find ways to grow their business and minimize their tax liabilities.
